A Musical Dream Team gives the Dickens classic a WAKE-UP-AND-SMELL-THE-COFFEE overhaul.
It's Dickens’ classic with A FUN HOLIDAY TWIST and songs that get the toes tapping or TOUCH THE HEART
Ideal family fare. Fresh, engaging, often hilarious & genuinely moving. A down-home pleasure from start to finish.
This New Musical Is A Winner...AMAZING!
Even the most jaded watchers of ‘Christmas Carol’ will enjoy this one.
It takes aim at the heartstrings and hits the bullseye.
A Country Christmas Carol takes place in Marley County USA, where folks don't have a whole lot, but everybody's doing what they can to make the Christmas holiday crackle except for one mean and miserly old coot who misses the entire point: Banker Scrooge, the meanest man in town.
His secretary, Bobbie Jo Cratchit, is a young widow who sings like Patsy Cline and lives in a trailer community with her two young children, Jane and Tim.
Ring a bell?
We’ve reimagined A Country Christmas Carol to be performed as a “staged” radio play within a play. Think Garrison Keiller meets Charles Dickens. With tongue in cheek product placement commercials, a bumbling foley artist and backstage antics, this lively original bluegrass/country musical takes a fun and fresh spin on a Christmas classic.
All of this allows the show to be performed live while following the latest social distancing guidelines, with plenty of time to record and stream for the holiday season.
And did we mention product placement? The show could be a boon for holiday gifts.
